SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

All boots and shoes come in full sizes -- No half sizes are available. If you wear a half size please order the next size up.
The difference between patent & PU is patent is a shiny material and PU is non-shiny (looks like leather).

If you need to return any footwear you will need to contact FaeryNiceThings first.
A Return Authorization number (RA#) will be issued for your return and must be displayed on the outside of the returned package.
Any shoes/boots returned to FaeryNiceThings without authorization will be refused and will be returned at the customer's expense.
A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns unless it is due to a defective item or a shipping error. Once you receive authorization you have 7 days to return the item.
Shoes must be unworn and in the original box with all packaging and tags to be eligible for exchange.
Any item received without a RA# will not be exchanged.
Please insure any items you are returning and keep your receipt along with your tracking number. We are not responsible for any package that is lost or damaged in the mail.
Shipping & Handling charges are non refundable under any circumstances.
Worn items will NOT be accepted unless FaeryNiceThings determines that the shoe is defective. Any worn shoe returned without authorization will be returned at the customer's expense.
All returns are good for shoe or boot exchange only at FaeryNiceThings.
Refunds are not given.
