DOT helmets are manufactured in accordance with the latest technology and safety standards and are specifically designed for motorcycling. These helmets meet or exceed DOT standards for every U.S. state.

Helmet shells are constructed of an extremely durable ABS Thermoplastic resin. An impact-absorbent inner liner and inner comfort padding provides extra protection and the perfect fit. Our noise reducing earflaps easily accommodate blue tooth devices or headphone earbuds. Underneath is a fully adjustable chin strap with heavy-duty D-ring fasteners.

All DOT helmets come packaged in original Hot Leathers packaging and include a removable peak visor and pull-string storage bag which also functions as a convenient cleaning rag. Snap buttons on either side of open face models make it easy to attach an optional face shield (not included).

For maximum safety, your helmet should fit comfortably snug. Please consult helmet size chart to ensure you get the best fit possible.

When cleaning your new Hot Leathers helmet, never use solvents, petrol or other detergents. Use only neutral soap and water to clean the shell and inner padding. Wipe clean with a soft cloth or brush. Open air dry. This will keep your helmet looking great for years.
